DAHI DETOX SALAD

Ingredients
  •         Celery chopped  ½ cup
  •       Iceberg 1 cup
  •      Hung Curd 3 tbsp
  •      Flaxseeds ½ tsp
  •      Oregano to taste
  •      Parsley few sprigs
  •      Water 1 cup

Method


In a bowl toss all ingredients with hung curd, flaxseeds, white pepper and oregano.
A few sprigs of parsley as garnish.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
