INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup fat free curd
- 2-3 tbsp. spinach puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cooking soda
- salt to taste
For Tempering
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tsp. white sesame
METHOD
- Mix the oat bran, curd, water, spinach puree and white pepper. keep aside for half an hour.
- Then add 2-3 pinches of cooking soda and salt.
- Pour the mixture in the dhokla stand and steam for 7-8 minutes.
- Cut into pieces.
- Heat 1 tsp. oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and white sesame
- Spread it on the dhokla. Cut into pieces
- Serve with green chutney.
